About this part
Taco CBX84-125 is a bladder-style expansion tank that provides permanent separation of air and water in hydronic heating systems. Water expands into the butyl bladder while air is precharged on the shell side. The tank is designed for non-potable hydropneumatic and drawdown applications.
- 22 gallon total volume, 12 gallon acceptance volume
- Fabricated steel shell per ASME Section VIII Div. 1
- Heavy duty butyl bladder, removable for inspection
- 125 PSIG working pressure, 240°F maximum temperature
- Vertical installation only, not for potable water
