These terms apply to anything you buy from PHWarehouse.com and to your use of this website ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms, our returns terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who can order
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Online orders ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. For anywhere else, send us a message and we'll work out the details.
Products and information
We work hard to keep part numbers, descriptions and photos accurate, but photos and drawings may be representative and can differ from the part you receive. Many of our parts are replacements for older equipment: if you're not sure a part is the right one, send us the old part number or a photo before you order and we'll check.
Brand names and part numbers are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify parts. You're responsible for choosing the right parts for your system, for having them installed correctly, and for meeting any plumbing, gas, heating or building codes that apply.
Prices and errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If we find a pricing, description or availability error, we may correct it and cancel or adjust an affected order, even after it's been placed. If that happens, we'll contact you, and you won't be charged for anything we don't ship.
Placing and accepting orders
Your order confirmation tells you we've received your order; it isn't our acceptance of it. We accept your order when we process your payment and prepare it to ship. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or ask for more information to verify it. If we decline an order, we'll let you know and won't charge your card.
Payment
We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover® cards. We don't accept PayPal, gift cards or other payment services online.
Your card isn't charged when you check out. Our team reviews each order and then processes the payment for the items, shipping and any sales tax. Your card details are encrypted the moment they reach us and are deleted once your payment is processed. We never ask for or store your card's security code.
Promotional codes, when we offer them, apply only to the order they're used on and can't be exchanged for cash.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax where the law requires us to. Where we don't, you may owe use tax where you live. Tax-exempt customers: send us your exemption certificate before you order and we'll set up your account.
Shipping and delivery
We ship by FedEx and UPS: ground, 2-day and overnight service in the US, and FedEx Ground or UPS Standard to Canada. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination, and they include packing and handling. In-stock items usually ship the same or next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays); items marked "Ships in 2–3 weeks" ship when they arrive. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates and aren't guaranteed. Shipments to Canada may be subject to duties and taxes collected on delivery.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If a package is lost, damaged or missing items, contact us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation and we'll help resolve it.
Returns
Returns are covered by our returns terms. In short: unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee, and return shipping is free when the return is due to our mistake.
Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer's standard warranty where one applies, and we'll help you make a warranty claim. Apart from that, products are sold as is, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of products or of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, place fraudulent orders, scrape it in bulk, or pose as someone else. We may suspend accounts or block access for misuse. Site content, including text, photos and design, belongs to us or to our suppliers. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
