The Bell & Gossett PTA-12 is a pre-charged diaphragm expansion tank designed for potable hot water systems. It absorbs the forces of expanding water to control system pressure and protect fixtures from relief valve blow-off. The tank features ASME construction with a polypropylene liner and butyl diaphragm that isolate system water from the steel shell.
