The Wheeler 4991 is a close quarters tubing cutter for plumbing, boiler and air conditioning work. It cuts type K, L and M copper along with CTS CPVC and plastic pipe without requiring swing space. The tool eliminates sawing that can loosen joints and is suited for under vanities, near walls and waste lines.
