The Taco 5000 Series 5002-C3 is a lead-free thermostatic mixing valve designed for domestic hot water distribution. It maintains stable mixed water temperatures between 85°F and 176°F while allowing higher storage temperatures to combat bacteria. The 1/2" union sweat model features low head loss and is suitable for potable water systems.
