The Symmons 7-500 is a thermostatic mixing valve that blends hot and cold water to deliver tempered water at a controlled temperature. It is used for main hot water distribution in commercial, institutional and industrial buildings where precise tempering is required. The valve fails safely by reducing flow on loss of either supply.

  • Lead free brass, bronze and stainless steel construction
  • Certified to ASSE 1017 and CSA B125.3
  • Temperature adjustable 70°F to 150°F
  • Maximum hot water inlet temperature 180°F
  • Flow capacity 13 gpm at 5 psi to 70 gpm at 45 psi differential
  • Automatic compensation for pressure and temperature fluctuations
  • Cartridge design allows in-line maintenance without valve removal
