Spears Utility Spring Check Valve is a compact, maintenance-free PVC check valve with spring-assisted closing for quick, positive shutoff without slamming. It features long-life EPDM seats and a weighted disc for minimal flow restriction. Ideal for landscape irrigation, pool and spa, aquaculture and general purpose applications.
- 2" IPS socket end connections
- PVC Type I construction per ASTM D1784 Cell Class 12454
- EPDM seat with weighted disc for full flow and positive shutoff
- Stainless steel spring assisted closing
- 150 psi @ 73°F full flow (open), 75 psi back pressure (closed)
- NSF certified for potable water service
- Suitable for horizontal or vertical up-flow installations
