Spears 838-337C is a Schedule 80 CPVC reducing bushing used to connect 3 inch spigot pipe to 1-1/2 inch female threaded pipe or fittings. It provides a solvent-weld spigot on one end and female NPT threads on the other for transitions in industrial and commercial piping systems carrying corrosive fluids.
