The Pasco 4573-L is a telescoping basin wrench designed for tightening and loosening basin nuts, ballcocks, and flush valves. It features an adjustable length from 9 to 16 inches with a large swivel jaw that accommodates locknuts up to 2 inches. The cadmium-plated tool includes a spring-loaded swivel head that operates in either direction.
