Internal plastic pipe cutter designed to make square cuts inside 3 inch Schedule 40 PVC or ABS pipe and DWV fittings from blind locations. The tool is preset for depth and powered by a standard handheld drill to complete cuts quickly. Commonly used by plumbers for in-wall or underfloor pipe modifications where external cutters cannot reach.
