About this part
This is a 2-1/2 inch 150 pound carbon steel gate valve with flanged ends and outside screw and yoke design. It is used to start or stop flow in piping systems handling water, steam, oil or other fluids where full port unobstructed flow is required. The OS&Y configuration provides visual indication of valve position and allows for easy lubrication of the stem.
