Oatey 31911 is an all-weather 1-step yellow solvent cement formulated for copper tube size CPVC pipe and fittings. It provides a strong bond on hot and cold potable water systems up to 200°F without the need for primer in permitted applications. The low-VOC formula is suitable for use in temperatures as low as 0°F.

  • For CTS CPVC hot and cold potable water pipe and fittings up to 2" diameter interference fit
  • Lo-VOC solvent cement meets SCAQMD 1168 and BAAQMD requirements
  • For hot and cold water systems up to 200°F / 93°C
  • May be used without primer where local codes permit
  • Recommended application temperature 0°F to 115°F
  • Meets ASTM F493
