This Jones Stephens Code Blue no-caulk cast iron closet flange provides a flush-fit connection for toilet installations. It pushes easily into cast iron or Schedule 40 DWV pipe without caulking or tear-out. The unit includes a cut-out neoprene test cap and stainless steel bolts for quick anchoring to the floor.
