The S8910U1000 is a universal hot surface ignition module that provides electronic control of direct hot surface ignition systems on gas-fired furnaces, boilers and other heating appliances. It accepts 24 Vac input and powers a 120 Vac Norton-style igniter while sensing flame via single or dual rod rectification. The module includes field-selectable trial timing and is supplied with adapters and instructions for replacing a wide range of existing ignition controls.
