Blue Monster PTFE thread seal tape is a general-purpose, contractor-grade sealing tape for pipe threads. It is made from 99.6% PTFE and is suitable for use on galvanized steel, iron, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, PVC, CPVC, ABS and many other materials. The tape creates an effective seal on water, oil, and most common gases without the need for additional pipe dope.

  • Density 0.8 g/cm³, thickness 0.0035"
  • 10,000 PSI water and oil rating
  • Temperature range -450°F to +500°F
  • Tensile strength 115 N/mm², 100% elongation
