Spears 835-020BR is a Schedule 80 PVC transition female adapter used to connect PVC piping to male NPT threaded fittings or valves. The brass thread insert provides a reinforced connection point while maintaining full Schedule 80 pressure capability. Commonly installed in industrial, commercial, and potable water systems where a solvent-weld PVC joint transitions to threaded metal pipe.
