Spears 457-010 is a 1 inch Schedule 40 PVC union with socket ends for solvent-weld connections. It allows easy disassembly of piping systems for maintenance or equipment removal. Manufactured from Type I PVC compound meeting ASTM D1784, the fitting is suitable for potable water and many corrosive fluid applications.
